EZ School lunch reminder – Please sign up for October’s lunches.

• If your child brings a lunchbox, the “lunchbox” option needs to be selected.

Shoebox Donation – The Elementary Class is in need of your shoe boxes for their ofrendas! These can be handed off to staff members at drop off/pick up. Thank you!

Friday, October 10, Monday, October 13^th and Tuesday, October 14^th are Daycare Days.

• There will be No School.
• Children who attend 8:30-2:45 will not come for daycare days.
• If your child has AM and/or PM care in their program, they may attend their regular hours for daycare activities.
• Reminder – there will be no car lines for drop offs or pickups on daycare days.
• If your child is not attending on a daycare da, please remember to select “No Lunch” on EZ School so that you are not charged for lunch that day.

PTO Costume Party –

• When: Friday, October 17^th.
• Time: 5:30-7:30 PM.
• Who: Current Montessori families, including siblings.
• Food/Drink: Pizza and beverages.
• Wear: Costumes (no weapons please, even if they are part of a costume).
• Cost: $0! This free event is hosted by The Montessori PTO!

Fall Book Fair –

• Monday, October 20^th – Friday, October 24^th
• More info to come.

Preprimary Field Trip – Parent volunteers are not needed. More info closer to the field trip dates.

• Tuesday, October 21^st – The Dogwood, The Willow and ½ of The Oak Rooms (TBD).
• Wednesday, October 22^nd – The Magnolia, The Tulip and ½ of The Oak Rooms (TBD).

 A few reminders –  

PM Care Pickups –

• Enter through the office door.
• Office staff will help you locate your child.
• When you arrive to the classroom, it is time for your child to clean up and go home.
• Any unfinished projects can be completed the next school day.
• Gather your child’s bag, lunchbox and/or nap items and exit the school through the office door.
• Lingering in classrooms is not permitted.

Sending things to school via Montessori bag – If you are sending an item in the Montessori bag, please let us know via email. We do not regularly check the children’s bags.
