• A card needs to be sent for each student in the class.

Preprimary Field Trip 

• Planetarium show to prepare for the upcoming solar eclipse. 

Wednesday, January 31^st – 

All of Ms. Corie’s and Mrs. Theriac’s Classes

½ of Ms. Lori’s Class: See emailed Notes Home.

• NO LIGHT UP SHOES. The presentation is in the Planetarium and disruptive to the program.
• Parent volunteers are not needed.
• Students should wear their Montessori t-shirts and arrive at their normal time. The show is scheduled for 9:30-10:30.

Sugar Bush Social – In the past, the Elementary class hosted a Sugar Bush Social with a little help from our families. If you have a maple tree(s) in your yard and are willing to “tap” the sap, we can provide the tubes, jug(s) and simple instructions…just let us know by responding to this email!

This will begin to happen over the next couple weeks.

A flyer with more information was sent home in your child’s bag this week.

Hot Chocolate Sale!

Tomorrow, December 14^th, The Elementary Class will be selling Hot Chocolate to help those effected by the recent tornados in Tennessee.

• Where: West parking lot.
• When: Thursday, December 14^th from 3:00-4:30.
• Cost: $1.00 per cup.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Re-enrollment 24-25 contracts are due today Wednesday, December 13^th.

• If you are re-enrolling, return the signed contract with the $100.00 registration fee (per child).
• If you are not re-enrolling, fill in your child’s name and initial the upper right-hand corner and return to school.
• Current Kindergarteners and Mr. R’s Third graders will not need to return any paperwork.

No School Monday, December 18^th through Tuesday, January 2^nd.

Holiday Daycare Days – Students who have AM and/or PM care in their program may attend their regular hours for daycare activities on these days:

Gift Cards – Attached is a gift card order form (a copy went home in your child’s bag). If you order gift cards through our program, Montessori receives a percentage back as indicated on the form.

• The form with payment (made out to Montessori PTO), needs to be returned by Wednesday, December 6^th.
• Gift cards will be distributed by Wednesday, December 13^th.
