School Play Tickets –
- Play tickets go on sale at 7:00 AM on Wednesday, April 9th in the dining room at Montessori. A line often forms outside the building before 7:00 AM, but we do not run out of seats.
- Seats must be bought in advance. The cost is $6 for the lower level and $10 for the balcony; cash or check only.
- Some seats might not be available due to play tickets being a Live Auction item at the Montessoiree.
- Tickets may initially only be purchased for your family members (and your guests). If you are buying tickets for another Montessori family, you will need to complete your purchase and then get back in line to complete the second purchase for another family.
- We will have a chart of where your child will be standing on the stage to help you choose the seat that is right for your family.
- If a child cannot sit comfortable in your lap for two hours, they will need their own seat/ticket. The play is geared for elementary age children and up.
- We do not recommend bringing infants or toddlers due to the confines of the seating, the difficulty getting in/out and the length of the program. We record the program for later DVD sales. Crying children make it difficult for those around you to hear and record over.
- If you need wheelchair access, please let the office know before Wednesday, April 9th.
A Few Reminders –
Sunscreen and/or Bug Spray should already be applied to your child before dropping off in the morning.
Arriving on time to school – Please arrive before 8:45
- Late arrivals are disruptive to your child and their classroom.
- All Preprimary classes are outside at 8:45, at different locations.
- The office staff is not always available to answer the front door when we are getting children, who arrive late, to their correct outdoor play area.
- If arriving after 8:45, children must be accompanied to the door by an adult until a staff member opens the front door.
Lost and Found – Our lost and found bin is overflowing with items. If you are ever in the building, please check it out in the dining room for any of your possible missing items.
Milk Jugs – The Elementary Class is still in need of your gallon sized milk jugs. These can be
handed to a staff member at drop off or pick up! Please remember to rinse out the jug before
bringing it to school. Thank you!
