Re-enrollment 25-26 Contracts are going home today in your child’s bag and are due back on or before Wednesday, December 18th.
• If you are re-enrolling, return the signed contract with the $100.00 registration fee (per child).
• If you are not re-enrolling, fill in your child’s name and initial the upper right-hand corner and return to school.
• Current Kindergarteners and Mr. R’s Third graders will not need to return any paperwork.
Winter Break Survey – (Only for families with AM and/or PM care)
• Attached is the Winter Break Survey (a copy went home in your child’s bag last week).
• All families with AM and/or PM care in their child’s program, please fill out and return on or before Wednesday, December 18th.
Hot Chocolate Sale!
The Elementary Class will be selling Hot Chocolate to donate money to the Vanderburgh Humane Society.
• Where: Front lawn.
• When: Wednesday, December 18th from 3:00-5:00
• Cost: $1.00 per cup.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Montessori Apparel – The PTO is selling Montessori Apparel! An order form went home in your child’s bag today and is attached to this email. Forms are due by Wednesday, December 18th. Please email PTO with any questions at ptomontessorievv@gmail.com
Holiday Carols – Thursday, December 19th at 10:00 AM.
• See emailed Notes Home for info on The Elementary and Kindergarten students singing holiday carols.
No School: Monday, December 23rd through Monday, January 6th.
Holiday Daycare Days – Students who have AM and/or PM care in their program may attend their regular hours for daycare activities on these days:
• Monday, December 23rd and Friday December 27th.
• Mon., December 30th, Tue., December 31st, Thur., January 2nd, and Fri., January 3rd.
• Monday, January 6th.
• The building will be totally closed on: Tuesday, December 24th-Thursday, December 26th and Wednesday, January 1st.
Holiday Family Cards: If you send out holiday family pictures/cards, we would love to have one. You can mail it or hand it to a staff member at drop off/pick up. We love to hear from past families as well as current families!
