Gift Cards – Attached is a gift card order form (a copy went home in your child’s bag). If you order gift cards through our program, Montessori receives a percentage back as indicated on the form.

  • The form with payment (made out to Montessori PTO), needs to be returned by Wednesday, December 6th.
  • Gift cards will be distributed by Wednesday, December 13th.

Bookfair Sales – Thank you to all families who participated in our fall bookfair. The total earnings from our school were $2026.50 and our teachers received over $800.00 in Scholastic Dollars for new classroom books!

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate Día de los Muertos with us at EVPL West. We were so happy to see Montessori families of past and present participating in many ways.

Special shout out to those who volunteered to help make crafts, set up and tear down, especially Elisa Koewler and Kristine Kleinsasser, Olga Uzun, Chris and Kerry Sensenbrenner, Brooks Corn, Solomon Boyce, and our Montessori staff. We are so grateful for everyone’s help in making our 7th annual celebration a fantastico success!

Mr. R’s Class Field Trip –

The Elementary Class Planet Walk is this Friday, October, 27th.

  • Children should wear comfortable walking shoes and clothes appropriate for the weather.
  • Children will need to bring a totally disposable lunch for the field trip. No lunchboxes, thermoses, etc. that would need to be returned home.
  • Elementary parents are welcome and can ride the bus.
    • Parents should park their cars in the medical building parking lot.
  • Trip will be canceled if it’s raining. Reschedule date TBD.

Volunteers Needed!!

7th annual Day of the Dead Celebration – Come celebrate with us! Montessori Academy and EVPL join together to provide a beautiful cultural event free to the public. We hope our families can attend and participate in the craft activities, view the dancers, enjoy the food and join the art parade at the end of the festival. If you haven’t been, visit our Facebook page to see past photos of the event.

  • Saturday, November 4th from 2-6 PM.

  • Volunteer time slots still give you the opportunity to participate in the celebration with your family.
  • We have many ways to participate!
