Valentine Cards Guidelines/Reminder – We’ll be celebrating Valentine’s Day on Tuesday, February 14th.

  • A card needs to be sent for each student in the class.

If a state-of-emergency is declared in Vanderburgh and/or Warrick County Montessori Academy will be closed and will not have school or daycare.

Sugar Bush Social – In the past, the Elementary class hosted a Sugar Bush Social with a little help from our families. If you have a maple tree(s) in your yard and are willing to “tap” the sap, we can provide the tubes, jug(s) and simple instructions…just let us know by responding to this email!

Re-enrollment contracts are going home today in your child’s bag and are due back on or before Wednesday, December 14th.

  • If you are re-enrolling, return the signed contract with the $100.00 registration fee (per child).
  • If you are not re-enrolling, fill in your child’s name and initial the upper right-hand corner and return to school.
  • Current Kindergarteners and Mr. R’s third graders will not need to return any paperwork.

The meeting consists of three parts. Come for some or all!

Part I – 5:30-5:55 Pizza will be served.

Part II 6:00-6:30 Transition to Traditional School.

A panel of past families talk about their transition and what they want you to know.

Part III 6:35-7:05 Why Montessori Kindergarten or What you want to know about the Montessori Elementary Class. You would attend one or the other.
